How the limits work
Three numbers per plan, all shown in your dashboard and in every response’s headers.
- Screenshots a month
- Only clean, freshly rendered shots count. At the limit, requests get a 402 until the period resets or you upgrade.
- Requests a minute
- Per key, over a rolling minute. Over it: 429 with Retry-After and X-RateLimit headers.
- Renders at the same time
- Per account. Over it: 429, or send async=true and we queue the rest for you.

What happens when I reach my plan’s screenshots?
New requests get a 402 answer until your period resets or you upgrade; we never bill extra behind your back. We e-mail you at 80% and at 100%, and every response carries X-Quota-Remaining.
When does my month start?
On the day you subscribed, every month (yearly plans too). On the free plan it follows the calendar month.
What doesn’t count?
Bot checks and CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, errors from your selector, script or content checks, and anything served from your cache.
How do requests a minute and renders at once work?
They protect the service for everyone. Over either limit you get a 429 with Retry-After. For big jobs, send async=true or use /v1/bulk and we queue them for you.
How do I pay?
By card through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record: it charges the right tax for your country and sends the invoice.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time, from the dashboard. Upgrades apply at once; a cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy for money back.
