Terms of Service

ScreenshotNeo is a service of Yorker Media (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you create an account, call the API or the MCP server, or use the dashboard. By doing any of these you agree to them.

The service

We render web pages and HTML you send us in a browser on our servers and return screenshots, PDFs and page information. We work to keep it fast and available, but on the free plan we give no guarantee of availability, and on paid plans we promise only the reasonable care of a well-run service unless we agree more in writing.

Your account and keys

• Give a real e-mail address and keep it working; we send sign-in codes and important notices there.
• You are responsible for everything done with your API keys. Keep them secret, use signed links in public pages, and revoke a key the moment you think it has leaked.
• One free account per person or company. We may merge or close duplicate free accounts.

What you may capture

You may only capture pages and content you are allowed to access and use. Follow our acceptable use policy. You own the screenshots you create, and you are responsible for how you use them, including any rights of the websites and people shown in them.

Plans, billing and what counts

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax.
• Only clean, freshly rendered screenshots count toward your plan. Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, errors caused by your options and cache hits do not.
• When your plan’s screenshots for a period are used, further requests are refused until the period resets or you upgrade. We never charge you extra without your consent.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the dashboard. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Limits and fair use

Each plan has a monthly number of screenshots, requests per minute and renders at the same time. We may slow down or pause an account whose traffic harms the service for others, and we will tell you why.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Screenshots are kept only when you ask for caching or when a JSON or async result needs a download link, and each render runs in its own browser context.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, puts others at risk, or doesn’t pay. Where we can, we warn you first. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms. For material changes we will e-mail account holders at least 14 days in advance; using the service after that means you accept them.
