How to Cancel a Browse AI Subscription
Cancel Browse AI renewal from Billing, check when access and credits expire, and learn how refunds and account deletion work.
To cancel a Browse AI subscription, sign in to the account that owns it, open Billing, choose Cancel Subscription, select a reason, then choose Cancel Subscription Renewal. Browse AI says paid access continues until the current billing cycle ends. Check the confirmation for your remaining credits and their expiration date.
Cancel Browse AI renewal step by step
- Sign in to the Browse AI account associated with the subscription.
- Open Billing from the dashboard or account navigation.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose one of the listed cancellation reasons. The guided flow requires a reason to continue.
- Select Cancel Subscription Renewal on the right side of the dialog.
- Read the confirmation message. Note the remaining credits and the expiration date shown for your account, and save the confirmation for your records.
Browse AI’s labels and account navigation may change. Its published guide describes this flow in the Billing area. See Browse AI’s subscription management guide.
What happens after cancellation
- Renewal stops. The cancellation is for the subscription renewal.
- Access continues through the current billing cycle. Browse AI says the paid subscription remains active until that period ends.
- Your saved work is retained. Browse AI says robots, task history, and integrations are saved, and you can resubscribe later to pick up where you left off.
- Check credit expiry in the confirmation. Remaining credits and their expiration are account-specific; do not assume they remain available indefinitely.
These are Browse AI’s published policies. Check the confirmation and your account for the dates that apply to your subscription.
Who can see Billing?
Billing controls are limited to roles with subscription-management access. Browse AI’s help articles describe workspace permissions differently: one says Admins or Owners can manage plans, while another says only Owners can manage billing on paid workspaces. Sign in as the workspace Owner or the account role that actually has Billing access. If the control is missing, contact Browse AI support.
Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion are separate
| Action | What it does | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Cancel renewal | Stops the subscription from renewing. | Paid access continues through the current billing period. |
| Request a refund | Asks Browse AI to return a payment under its refund policy. | Refunds are conditional and require a separate support request; cancellation alone does not issue one. |
| Delete the account | Requests removal of the account and its data. | Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Cancel first. |
Browse AI’s published refund conditions
Browse AI’s refund policy describes several limited cases. A subscription that renewed once or twice in the last 60 days may qualify for a full refund if no credits have been used since renewal. A new annual subscription may qualify within 30 days, or a new monthly subscription within 14 days, if the software did not work and support could not resolve the issue. These are the vendor’s stated conditions, not a guarantee that a request will be approved.
If you want to request a refund, cancel renewal in the dashboard to prevent future charges, then email support from the same address used to sign up. Browse AI says requests are handled manually, responses usually take 2–3 business days, and an approved refund may take 5–10 business days to reach the bank after processing. It reserves the right to decline or prorate requests where it sees extensive successful credit use or suspected policy abuse. Review the official refund policy for current terms.
If you also want to delete your account
Cancel the subscription first. Browse AI says paid users must contact support to request account deletion; account deletion does not cancel billing. Before requesting deletion, export important data and save robot configurations. Its deletion guide directs users to the message bubble on the Browse AI website and says paid-user deletion requests are processed within 1–2 business days. See Browse AI’s account deletion guide.
Troubleshooting
There is no Billing tab or cancellation button
You may be signed into the wrong account, or your workspace role may not have billing access. Check that you used the email associated with the subscription, switch to the workspace that owns it, and try signing in as its Owner. If the control is still unavailable, contact support.
You cannot remember which email owns the subscription
Search your inbox and spam or junk folders for Browse AI’s welcome email with the subject “You made our day.” The receiving address can identify the account linked to the subscription.
The subscription still cannot be located
Contact Browse AI support and provide the details its help guide requests: the account owner’s full name, email address or domain, last four card digits and expiration date, payment method, subscription start date, and last payment date. Share payment details only through Browse AI’s official support channel.
You chose a reason but cannot finish cancellation
Make sure you complete the final Cancel Subscription Renewal action in the dialog. A selected reason alone is not the confirmation. Read the resulting confirmation message and save it.
You expected a refund after cancelling
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically refund a charge. Check the refund conditions above and contact support separately if you believe you qualify.
You deleted the account but still see a charge
Browse AI says account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Contact support, explain that the account was deleted, and ask them to help locate and cancel the subscription. For future charges, cancellation must be completed through Billing or with support.
Or skip the browser setup
If your work after cancelling involves capturing web pages, ScreenshotNeo takes a screenshot or PDF with one GET request. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.
curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
import requests
r = requests.get(
"https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot",
params={"access_key": "YOUR_API_KEY", "url": "https://stripe.com"},
timeout=90,
)
open("shot.webp", "wb").write(r.content)
const q = new URLSearchParams({ access_key: 'YOUR_API_KEY', url: 'https://stripe.com' });
const res = await fetch(`https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot?${q}`);
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`Screenshot request failed: ${res.status}`);
await Bun.write('shot.webp', res);
- Cookie and consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets are removed before the shot; each step can be turned off.
- Bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed. Response headers report the page verdict and billing status.
- An MCP server gives AI agents tools to take screenshots, get page information, and capture PDFs.
- The Free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card. Paid plans start at $5 for 3,000 screenshots.

FAQ
Can I resubscribe later?
Browse AI says robots, task history, and integrations are saved after cancellation, and you can resubscribe later to pick up where you left off.
Does cancelling remove my robots?
Browse AI says robots are saved after cancellation. Account deletion is a separate process and can remove account data, so save configurations and export what you need before requesting deletion.
Do unused credits carry over?
Check the cancellation confirmation for the remaining-credit expiration date that applies to your account.
Should I delete my account to stop payment?
No. Browse AI says account deletion does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel renewal separately.
