How to Capture a Mobile Website Screenshot in Marathi on Android

Capture a Marathi website on Android with the built-in screenshot shortcut, extend it with scrolling capture on supported devices, and find the saved image.

To capture a Marathi-language website on an Android phone, open the page and press Power + Volume down at the same time. To save more than the visible screen, Android 12 and later offer Capture more on most screens that support scrolling. The phone’s interface language does not need to be Marathi; the control labels follow the device’s configured language.

Take a screenshot of the visible page

  1. Open the Marathi website in your phone’s browser and bring the content you want into view.
  2. Press Power and Volume down together, then release them.
  3. Wait for the screenshot preview or controls to appear. Tap the preview if you want to edit or share the image.

This captures the content currently displayed on screen. If you need content farther down the page, use scrolling capture if your Android version and screen support it.

Capture more of a long webpage

On Android 12 and later, scrolling capture is available on most screens that allow scrolling, though it is not supported on every screen or phone.

  1. Take a screenshot with Power + Volume down.
  2. When the screenshot controls appear at the bottom, tap Capture more.
  3. Drag the crop guides to include the additional page content you need.
  4. Save the result when the selection is right.

If Capture more does not appear, the current screen or device may not support scrolling capture. You can take separate screenshots as you scroll, or use a browser-based capture tool for a full-page image.

Find and share the screenshot

Open Google Photos and go to Collections > On this device > Screenshots. On an older Android phone without Photos, open the Gallery app and look for its Screenshots folder. From the image preview you can crop, edit, or share the saved screenshot.

Common problems and fixes

Problem Likely cause What to do
The button shortcut does nothing The buttons were not pressed together, or the phone handles screenshots differently. Try again by pressing Power and Volume down simultaneously. Alternatively, hold Power for a few seconds and tap Screenshot if that option appears.
There is no Capture more control The device may be running an Android version earlier than 12, or the current screen may not support scrolling capture. Use the normal screenshot for the visible area, capture separate sections while scrolling, or use a full-page capture method.
The screenshot is hard to locate You may be looking in the general photo timeline rather than the screenshot folder. In Photos, check Collections > On this device > Screenshots. On older devices, check Gallery > Screenshots.
Controls appear in a different language Screenshot labels use the phone’s configured interface language. Look for the screenshot preview and the scrolling-capture option; changing the device language is not required to capture Marathi content.

If neither screenshot shortcut works, Google recommends checking the phone manufacturer’s support site. See Google’s Android screenshot instructions in Marathi for the documented steps and version qualifications.

Or skip the browser setup

If you need a clean screenshot of a public Marathi webpage rather than a capture from your phone, ScreenshotNeo can return an image from one API request. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation.

curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://example.com -o shot.webp
import requests
r = requests.get("https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot", params={"access_key": "YOUR_API_KEY", "url": "https://example.com"}, timeout=90)
open("shot.webp", "wb").write(r.content)
const q = new URLSearchParams({ access_key: 'YOUR_API_KEY', url: 'https://example.com' });
const res = await fetch(`https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot?${q}`);
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`Screenshot request failed: ${res.status}`);
await Bun.write('shot.webp', res);

Replace https://example.com with the page URL. ScreenshotNeo removes cookie banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture. Bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are never billed. Its MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots, and the free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.
