How to Save a Full Webpage Screenshot from Chrome on a Realme Phone

Capture a long webpage image in Chrome on a Realme phone, use Realme’s scrolling screenshot as a fallback, and learn when PDF or offline saving fits better.

To save a webpage as one tall image on a Realme phone, open it in Chrome, tap More > Share > Long screenshot, adjust the crop handles, and tap Confirm. Then use the available save or share option to keep the image. This captures the portion you select; it does not guarantee that every page can be captured to unlimited length. Google’s Chrome instructions describe this workflow.

Save a long screenshot in Chrome

  1. Open the webpage in Chrome and wait for the part you want to capture to load.
  2. Tap Chrome’s More menu beside the address bar.
  3. Tap Share, then choose Long screenshot.
  4. Drag the crop handles to include the webpage portion you need.
  5. Tap Confirm, then choose the save or share option shown on your phone.

The exact appearance of the share sheet can vary. If you do not see Long screenshot, try the Realme screenshot fallback below. Before saving, check the preview: content below the current position may need to load or be included by adjusting the capture area.

Use Realme’s scrolling screenshot if Chrome has no Long screenshot option

Realme’s built-in scrolling screenshot is a version-dependent fallback. On realme UI 2.0 and above, the screenshot preview may offer Scroll. On realme UI T and U editions, the label may be Capture more. Realme lists UI R, Go, and S editions as not supporting its device-level long screenshot feature. See Realme’s screenshot instructions for its version-specific guidance.

  1. Take a normal screenshot. Realme says the power and volume-down buttons work across its UI versions.
  2. Look at the screenshot preview for Scroll or Capture more.
  3. If the control is available, use it to extend the capture through the page, then save it using the on-screen control.

Realme phone menus and gestures vary by UI edition, so there is no single Settings path that applies to every model. If neither Chrome nor the screenshot preview offers a scrolling option, check your phone’s Realme UI edition and update status.

Choose the right saved format

What you need Use What it saves
One tall image Chrome Long screenshot, or Realme’s scrolling screenshot when supported An image of the selected page portion
A document Chrome More > Share or print workflow, then Save as PDF if offered A PDF, not one tall screenshot image. See Chrome’s Android printing instructions.
Offline reading Chrome More > Download A page for later offline reading, not an image or PDF. See Chrome’s offline reading instructions.

Troubleshooting

Problem Likely reason What to try
Long screenshot is missing from Chrome’s Share menu The option is not available in the current Chrome or phone configuration. Take a normal screenshot and check the preview for Realme’s Scroll or Capture more control. Check the phone’s UI edition if it is absent.
No Scroll or Capture more control appears The Realme UI edition may not support device-level scrolling capture, or the control differs by version. Check whether the device uses UI R, Go, or S, which Realme lists as unsupported for this feature. Check the edition and update status; do not assume another model’s menu path applies.
The saved image ends before the page does The capture area included only part of the page, or the page content had not loaded. Before confirming, extend the crop handles to the portion required and wait for page content to load. The documented workflow does not promise an unlimited capture.
You got a PDF or downloaded page instead of an image Print/save as PDF and Download are separate Chrome features. Use Long screenshot or the supported Realme scrolling screenshot for an image.

Or skip the browser setup

For capturing webpages from code or an automated workflow, ScreenshotNeo provides a website screenshot API and MCP server. Its one-call API returns an image or PDF; see the API documentation for options such as output format and full-page capture.

curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
import requests

r = requests.get(
    "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot",
    params={"access_key": "YOUR_API_KEY", "url": "https://stripe.com"},
    timeout=90,
)
open("shot.webp", "wb").write(r.content)
const q = new URLSearchParams({ access_key: 'YOUR_API_KEY', url: 'https://stripe.com' });
const res = await fetch(`https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot?${q}`);
if (!res.ok) throw new Error(`Screenshot request failed: ${res.status}`);
const image = Buffer.from(await res.arrayBuffer());
await import('node:fs/promises').then(fs => fs.writeFile('shot.webp', image));

Cookie banners, popups, and chat widgets are removed before the shot. Bot checks, blank pages, and failed loads are never billed. Its MCP server lets AI agents take screenshots. The free plan includes 1,000 screenshots a month with no card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. Sign up for 1,000 free screenshots a month, no card required.

Does a Chrome Long screenshot capture an entire webpage automatically?

You can adjust the crop handles to capture the portion you need. The instructions do not promise that every page can be captured in one image at unlimited length.

Is Save as PDF the same as a full webpage screenshot?

No. It creates a PDF document. Choose Long screenshot when you need a tall image.

Will every Realme phone show the same screenshot controls?

No. Realme documents different labels across UI editions and says UI R, Go, and S do not support its device-level long screenshot feature.
