Visualping Pricing in India: Plans, Billing, and Payment Options

Visualping lists its plans in USD, with monthly and annual billing. Here are the published prices, payment options, and what to verify at checkout in India.

Short answer: Visualping’s published plan prices are in U.S. dollars. It lists credit card and PayPal payments through the dashboard, plus wire transfer by contacting Visualping. The official material reviewed does not confirm whether an India-based customer can pay in INR, use UPI or other India-specific payment methods, or receive an invoice with Indian GST details. Check the final checkout currency and taxes before subscribing.

Prices and payment terms can change. The figures below are those shown on Visualping’s official pricing page when this research was checked on October 3, 2026. Confirm them on the Visualping pricing page and in your checkout before purchase.

The Solutions tier is described for custom volumes and includes Premium AI and dedicated service. Business plans also list team-oriented capabilities such as workspaces, bulk actions, and collaboration tools. How billing works

Monthly versus annual

Paid Personal and Business plans offer monthly or annual billing. Visualping advertises 30% savings for yearly Business billing. Compare the displayed total for your selected tier: the table’s monthly equivalent for an annual plan is not the same as paying month to month, and annual billing commits payment for the year. The Free plan has no annual billing option listed.

The listed prices are USD amounts, not confirmed INR prices. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees; the reviewed Visualping pages do not state what those would be. The final checkout screen is the useful place to confirm the currency and total presented to you.

Trials, add-ons, and cancellation

The pricing page lists a 14-day Business trial with no card on file. It says monitoring stops when the trial ends unless you choose a plan; if no plan is selected, the account becomes a free Personal account two weeks later. Business subscriptions may have optional add-ons such as additional pages and support plans, so include those in the total if selected.

Visualping’s Terms say fees are generally quoted in U.S. dollars and address applicable taxes. They also describe reimbursement of unused months on annual plans upon request, subject to the terms; the current pricing page says early cancellation of an annual plan refunds unused months without the annual discount. Check the current terms for your specific plan and circumstances before relying on a refund. Terms of Service.

Payment methods listed by Visualping

  • Credit card: available through the user dashboard. The Business checkout guide says checkout is handled through Stripe and supports major credit cards.
  • PayPal: listed as an option through the dashboard and in the Business checkout guide.
  • Wire transfer: listed as an option after contacting Visualping.

The Business checkout guide says applicable taxes and eligible coupon codes are displayed before purchase. Receipts are emailed after payment. To find invoices, the Help Center directs customers to Profile → Settings → Billing → Invoices → View. These general instructions do not establish whether an invoice meets a particular Indian tax or accounting requirement. Subscription guide; Billing help.

What India-based buyers should verify

The official pages reviewed do not settle these India-specific questions: whether checkout offers INR denomination, how Indian GST is calculated or itemized, whether a GSTIN can be added to an invoice, or whether UPI, RuPay, net banking, or another local payment rail is supported. Do not infer support or lack of support from the general payment list.

  1. Sign in and enter your billing address in the billing settings. The subscription instructions say customers who have not been billed need to update their billing address before subscribing.
  2. Proceed to the checkout summary and check the currency, tax line, coupon, add-ons, and total before confirming payment.
  3. If you need a GST-compliant invoice, GSTIN display, or a particular Indian payment method, ask Visualping support for written confirmation before subscribing.
  4. Save the receipt and view the invoice from the billing settings after payment. Ask your finance team whether that document meets your records requirements.

How to choose a plan

Choose based on workload rather than the headline price. Visualping defines a check as one page visit to look for changes; monitoring one page daily can use up to 31 checks in a month. Unused monthly checks do not roll over.

Need What to compare
Small number of monitored pages Page cap and monthly check allowance; Free includes 5 pages and 150 checks.
Frequent monitoring Minimum interval as well as checks. Higher Personal and Business tiers list intervals as short as 2 minutes.
Team use User allowance and Business collaboration features. Personal tiers list one user.
Predictable yearly budget Annual total, effective monthly price, cancellation terms, taxes, and currency at checkout.
More capacity or service Optional page/support add-ons or a custom Solutions quote.

A practical estimate is to multiply the number of pages by the planned checks per page each month, then leave room for pages checked more often than once daily. For example, 20 pages checked daily can require up to about 620 checks in a 31-day month, before any extra frequent checks. Check the plan’s page cap separately: having enough checks does not mean the tier permits enough pages.

Common billing questions and problems

Problem Likely reason What to do
The price appears in dollars The published prices are denominated in USD; India-specific INR pricing was not confirmed in the reviewed material. Inspect checkout currency and ask support if you require a specific billing currency.
The checkout total differs from the plan price Applicable taxes, add-ons, or other checkout items may affect the total. Review each line before payment; the Business guide says applicable taxes and eligible coupons appear at checkout.
A preferred local payment method is missing The official list reviewed names card, PayPal, and wire transfer, but does not confirm India-local rails. Ask Visualping support whether the payment method is available for your account and country.
Invoice does not show the tax details you need The general invoice instructions do not promise India-specific GST fields. Contact support before purchase to confirm GSTIN and invoice requirements; retain the invoice and receipt.
Business subscription cannot proceed A billing address may be missing on an account that has not been billed. Update the billing address in settings, then return to subscription checkout.
Monthly usage exceeds the allowance Each monitored page visit consumes a check, and unused checks do not roll over. Estimate page visits across a full month and select a tier with sufficient checks and page capacity.

ScreenshotNeo: an alternative for taking website screenshots

If your task is capturing a page image or PDF rather than tracking changes over time, try ScreenshotNeo first. It is a website screenshot API and MCP server for developers. It removes known cookie-consent banners, newsletter popups, and chat widgets before capture; bot checks, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads, and cache hits are not billed. Its MCP server lets AI agents use screenshot and PDF tools. Plans include 1,000 screenshots per month free with no card, and paid plans start at $5 for 3,000. It is a different workflow from Visualping’s recurring visual monitoring.

One GET request returns an image or PDF; see the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for options:

curl -G "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot" -d access_key=YOUR_API_KEY --data-urlencode url=https://stripe.com -o shot.webp
import requests

r = requests.get(
    "https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot",
    params={"access_key": "YOUR_API_KEY", "url": "https://stripe.com"},
    timeout=90,
)
open("shot.webp", "wb").write(r.content)
const q = new URLSearchParams({ access_key: 'YOUR_API_KEY', url: 'https://stripe.com' });
const res = await fetch(`https://api.screenshotneo.com/v1/shot?${q}`);
